"As advertised, this hotel doubles as an art museum. The decorations are jaw-dropping. Our room was comfortable, with good A/C and shower. The staff was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff answered our questions and helped us arrange a Mount Bromo tour, and even greeted us by name whenever we passed. "A lot of hotel for the price. We had a family room with an upstairs mezzanine bedroom which was clean and great for a family of four. Pool, bar and restaurant were all good. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I have seen - so much choice it was impossible to try everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly - always greeted us with a smile and a 'hello'."

"It is 3 star hotel and don’t expect more. Our stay was just ok. The room is big but needs to be clean and repainted. Too many black spots on the wall. At 6am some loud music start playing in the hotel. this is Saturday morning…guests wants to rest. The breakfast is not really good. We arrived around 8:30am and everything is already dirty and cold. All our food, expect the omelette was cold. "

The shower gel dispenser did not work. Shouldn’t the house cleaning staff check on these things when they clean the room everyday? Buffet breakfast spread was sub standard by Accor hotel std. Food was lousy. "
