"Great location"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tugu Malang. The building is unique and gorgeous, and filled with very interesting decorations and artifacts. They offer a free guided tour of the hotel to explain some of the history about these decorations and artifacts. The staff is very attentive, the rooms are nice and have character, the hotel is environmentally conscious, and the food is excellent. The hotel is in the center of Malang and within walking distance of things to see such as Kajoetangan Heritage Village."

"Rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a great view over the city of Malang. Staff was very friendly too and even though they had quite a few trainees on the roster when I stayed, they tried their best and always had a smile on their face, even though they were still learning and occasionally had to clarify a number of things with the senior staff. I had to set off very early in the morning but they were kind enough to prepare a packed breakfast (with delicious nasi goreng) for me. "

Everything was great: hotel was clean, staffs were great, beautiful decoration, cool koi pond, and the breakfast itself, with so many options, made us didn"t want to leave this place😄. This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Malang. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I'm in town. "
