Important Details

• Late check-out (6pm): $375 (confirmable 3 days before arrival).
• Pool floats: A few provided; guests welcome to bring their own (we recommend Amazon’s 4-in-1 hammock float).
• Pool house not included in rental.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load and start dishwasher. please take out all trash and place in the blue bins. If your rental ends on Sunday take trash cans to the street - left of driveway. Pick up is 7am to 8am Monday.
Please leave damp towels so they can dry and not get smelly. most of the time the cleaning crew is there in a few hours but sometimes it can be monday.
Please turn off lights and set ac to 74. be sure and lock the door when you leave. just press the Yale button.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
