"Very nice property with a wonderful host. My family and friends could not have had better time. The master bedroom and master bath were a treat! The porch, boat dock and large backyard make the experience staying at the property very special and relaxing. We look forward to returning."

"The main floor bathroom sink was slow draining and had sand in the sink. Outdoor wicker furniture is crumbling. The living room ceiling looks like it’s about to collapse. I think there may have been some sort of shade for the outdoor kitchen area in the past but no more and got very hot grilling in the evening sun. The neighborhood was lovely and friendly and we loved the golf cart parade! This home just needs some TLC. I love anywhere I can be with family but unfortunately we have gotten more for the price we paid for this home. I’ve never had a VRBO demand that I get a damage insurance policy in the contract even when I rented a 12,000. home in Colorado. It’s usually optional."

"This is a beautiful property with all the amenities just as described and like the pictures! The layout of rooms and restrooms fit our family perfectly. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved the slide off of the boat dock! The kitchen was nice and roomy and a frig in the kitchen and garage was so helpful so helpful! The lake is so pretty and accessible from this location with our boat. However, there is no boat storage for renters at the site. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the lake with family!"
