"Fantastic hotel, in great central location, with excellent facilities, close to Q park. Lack of kettle was a minor setback."

"Large and comfortable rooms. Great shower with hair and body wash provided. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. Location great for the airport with 3 euro shuttle leaving every 30 min. Perfect airport hotel! "

"Room was dated. Tiles loose in floor in bathroom. Stains on carpet. No air conditioning. Terrible smell of urine when entering outside area of hotel. Beds comfortable . Cleaning staff were great. Manager in restaurant for breakfast was very dismissive of staff. Could have been more friendly to the staff. Apart from that we liked the hotel and would stay again. "

"Booked a 2 bdrm/2 bathroom suite for a week long stay with friends. The suite was cozy, compact, and efficient. Sounds like room cleaning service is only once a week, which didn’t bother us. Having the bus and Luas(tram) right outside of the hotel was very convenient. Although not in Dublin Centre, it was easy to get to Dublin Centre via bus/tram within 15-25 min. Hello Charlie Cafe in the hotel had good food and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again next time we are in Dublin! "
