I loved the location of the property as it was high up on a hill and the views of the sea are amazing and views of the mountains and the different villages and golf courses were fantastic. The staff were amazing and very nice and friendly! I particularly liked Victoria and Christian who both worked so hard and treated me like family! Kudos to them. I will definitely come back to stay at your hotel!

Nice place to stay near Sotogrande.
We had a duplex apartment, and it was very nice. The only thing negative that we can say about it was that there was a problem with the hot water in the upstairs bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Onsite parking, very helpful staff, but no restaurant off season which was disappointing. After first using the bathroom there was a huge puddle in the room next door, within a few minutes of contacting reception a maintenance person was there and sorted very quickly. All of the staff are genuinely friendly and pleased to help. Rather basic kitchen facilities, take your own mugs if you want a decent sized cuppa!

Modern, spacious and clean apartments
Very nice, modern, spacious and clean apartments. We had a duplex and the stairs are not ideal if you have small children. Also strangely there were no bottle nor wine bottle openers however you could take your bottles to the restaurant and they would then open them for you. Other than that very good although you do need a car as there is nothing else really close by.

The apartments are a great size, very comfortable and well equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave. The apartment had a boutique feel with large, bright, clean rooms. There is a safety deposit box but this is an extra cost of 15 euros per week. Swimming pool well maintained and very relaxing, just a shame clubbing music was being played far too loudly. Lovely mountain and ocean views from the pool area. Location is very quiet and relaxing but far from everything. A car or taxi is required to reach the nearest shop and the beach. It is impossible to walk as the hotel is set up high and the road is dangerous as there is no footpath. The town was rather empty with lots of shops closed down and no feel of culture or quality in the restaurants or shops. If we stayed again we would definitely hire a car as taxis were very expensive but necessary. I found that the hotel lacked tourist information for visitors and staff seemed to know very little about the area and gave incorrect information many times. An information leaflet in the apartment would have been great informing of places of interest, bus times or any other relevant information. Customer service needs to improve. Overall a nice hotel for relaxation and peace.

Nice accommodation. Some Spanish vocabulary is required as only one member of staff spoke fluent English. Popular resort for Spanish families. Would like an information booklet in room - non supplied. Overall lovely holiday.

Great stay! Wish I had booked a longer stay!
Hotel is 1.5 hours from Malaga, so you may need a car (rentals are reasonnable). No need to use the toll way. A7 is never too busy. Manilva green is wonderful place for relaxation. No wifi in the appartments so no temptation to check emails. But wifi available at bar near reception. It is very popular with families. Weekends were more busy that week days. Hotel staff are great..and multilingual! Some renovation needed due to wear and tear. General maintenance good and staff go out of their way to help.Towels etc replaced every 3 days. Lots of steps but views are fantastic. Great uninterrupted views to the mountains and the beaches. Hotel restaurant and bars not very busy but great service from staff. We were quite happy to spend most of our time by the lovely pool overlooking the magnificent views. But there is also plenty to visit and do. Great beaches -10 mins walk away, especially near El Castillo. Lots of great eating places nearby at Port La Duquesa. Nice little market there too. Mijas town and Mijas aquaparc great day out. Aqua park half price after 3pm. Gibraltar 45 mins away, but if you have a chance, a visit to Ronda is well worth it.

Nice apartments and friendly staff. Downside is that there is very little in walking distance (just a couple of local bars in Manilva). The local Port Duqesna area is only a short drive however and has lots of restaurants

Buenos dias, el horario de check in está bien especificado hasta las 19:30 y ademas se envia un mensaje automatico a cada cliente para informarllo por si no lo ha visto antes de realizar su reserva. Si usted se presenta fuera del horario no podemos hacer nada. Muchas gracias. Un saludo.

Solamente Aceptable
Hemos pasado nuevo noches en un apartamento de dos habitaciones y queremos destacar lo siguiente: 1.- Apartamentos solamente aceptables principalmente debido al estado de conservación ( grifos con pérdida de agua en baño y cocina, estado del la mesa y sillas de la terraza) , la falta de lavadora, lavaplatos, plancha, menaje insuficiente,etc y del servicio semanal de toallas y sábanas que exige unos apartamentos con categoría de 3 llaves. Sobre este aspecto quisiera decir que habiendo pasado nueve noches en el apartamento y pese a señalar en su folleto de información el cambio de toallas y sabanas semanal, no se nos dio este servicio ya que ante mi queja me dijeron que la dirección había cambiado las normas y ese servicio tenia un coste de 10€.(Lamentable. Si hay un cambio en el servicio hay que comunicárselo previamente al cliente) 2-NO HAY SERVICIO QUE NO SE PAGUE APARTE. -No hay espacio libre para tumbarte en la piscina ya que está llena de hamacas y su uso es previo pago de 2€ por cada una.(Si llevas la tuya no puedes colocarla) -Una lavadora y una secadora de pago para todo el complejo. -Cambio de toallas previo pago de 10€. Buena nota a la situación, aparatos de aire acondicionado y trato al cliente por parte de sus empleados Mi nota no puede pasar de aceptable.(3)

Sehr gutes Apartement
Die Anlage ist sehr gut,schöner Blick auf das Meer und Berge. Große Räume, schönes Bad, große Betten, einzige negative Punkte, kein Föhn und kein Deutsches TV. Man kann hier sehr gut entspannen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen und werden wieder kommen mit Freunden.

Lo mejor el precio en relación con los apartamentos, están muy nuevos, las vistas son preciosas y aunque no está en la playa tardas 10 minutos en coche. La habitación estaba impecable cuando llegamos, pero no te limpian ni un dia, eso si, te facilitan toallas y sábanas limpias. A tener en cuenta que es un alojamiento familiar asi que si quieres tranquilidad a lo mejor no la encuentras entre tantos niños. Lo peor con diferencia la piscina, muy bonita si, pero suerte si encuentras un hueco para meterte al agua. En general es recomendable, especialmente para familias

We hebben midden van de nacht voor de volgende week geboekt. Prima service van eerste contact die ons opbelde om onze keuze te melden ivm duplex of 2 kamer naast elkaar. Algemeen positieve indruk, maar indien aan de netheid iets wordt gedaan rondom (zwembad etc.) een aanrader voor budgetvakantie. ruime kamers. alleen te weinig of geen handdoeken.

Manilva Green - location not in line with map....
The map shows that the hotell is 3-400m from the beach. No way. It is is Manilva, i.e. on a hilltop overlooking the sea, but a 10-15 min drive to neareast beach. Very good service at hotel, people at reception very nice and fluent in English. funny smell in room at arrival, (smelled of "humidity" and "closed"), AC system failed first night (they replaced it quickly with a new one next day - so that was fine). The extra sleeping bed/couch was tiny. at best 120x160 cm (probably less) - not a place for two kids to "successfully complete a night". Reason for not recommending: Location is far from beach and the quite small sofabed. Apart from that - OK. Spacious room, OK kitchen and bathrooms, fine balcony with good view and nice pool.

Afslappende hotel
Det ligger langt fra mange ting, men er dejligt afslappende i en afslappende atmosfære. Poolen er ikke stor men fungerer OK. Der ligger et stort sportscenter i byen, men der er ingen samarbejde. Dette kunne man godt gøre mere ved.

Mukava paikka ylhäällä vuoren rinteessä upeat maisemat. Todella iso asunnon tyyppinen hyvin varusteltu huone. Osoitetiedot virheelliset, katuja muutettu eli navigaattori ei löytänyt. Ylös merenrannasta vuorelle niiin näkyy vasenmalla rinteessä.

A ne pas fréquenter
Le sol est sale, présence de poils dans le lit, axés à l'hôtel avec des trous de 15cm de profondeur, espaces verts visiblement non entretenu depuis longtemps, aucun service ou restaurant d'ouvert, c'est un hôtel visiblement pas entretenu. Je suis parti avant terme du séjour que j'avais payé. Pas cher mais pas bien du tout.

Nos dimos con un canto en los dientes! Porque nos cerraron en el apto. la cocina... ya que según la reserva en la página esta de hoteles.com reservamos una habitación solamente.... dato que no salía para nada específicado en la reserva y muy mal informado... así que con la comida que llevamos para el puente nos aguantamos!.
