UNIVERSITY & TECH PARK MALAGA APARTMENT: Hello! We are Clef Málaga 🌞, a young, family-run company from Málaga with a very cosmopolitan character 💙. We help both property owners and guests with tourist accommodations in Málaga, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, and Fuengirola 🌊.

UNIVERSITY TECH PARK MALAGA APARTMENT
Our apartment is ideal whether you come for work or vacation, since in both cases we offer maximum comfort. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped independent kitchen, living room and a spacious terrace with unobstructed views. Intensely bright, with AIR CONDITIONING, WIFI and FREE PARKING. The urbanization is recently built, of a VERY FAMILY CHARACTER, Summer POOL, children's playground and PADEL COURT.
IDEAL FOR FAMILIES or WORK REASONS. We want to avoid groups that come for other reasons (celebrations, parties, etc) since the neighbors reside permanently and we do not want any disturbance to either side.
As in all CLEF Málaga 🌞 Apartments, you will find the following services:
⭐ We offer Wi-Fi 🛜 💻and air conditioning (hot/cold) 🥶 🥵.
⭐ The beds will be made 🛏️, and we’ll provide one set of towels 🛁(shower and hand towel) for all registered guests.
⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer).
⭐ Check-in ⏰is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂, and check-outis until 11:00 a.m. 🚕.

At CLEF Málaga, we want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so we offer help with a range of extra services (ask for rates). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance:

External works or noise:This property is located in a building with other apartments that are not ours. We are not responsible for neighbor noise or unannounced construction work beyond our control.
Linen and laundry:All our sheets and towels are washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, ensuring 100% cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. However, please note that high-quality cleaning products are used, and washing is done at temperatures above 60ºC. Some stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetic products (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and laundry products (active oxygen, bleach, detergents, etc.).
Reservation modifications:Will be accepted within the free cancellation period, provided the calendar allows it.
Clef Málaga Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team will handle emergencies and important issues during your stay. For administrative matters, please wait until office hours to be assisted.
