Two Suites Apartment in the center of Málaga

The apartment is totally new. Built in 2022 in a modern design building. There is an elevator to the floor. It consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower inside the bedroom (Suite). One of them has a TV in the bedroom. The suites are at different ends of the apartment, separated by a staircase and the living room-kitchen. Upstairs there is a bedroom with its bathroom and access to a terrace. Going down the stairs we find the living room and the complete kitchen, with an office. The living room has a 58-inch smart TV. The whole house has wifi, and the possibility of connecting via ethernet (Optical Fiber. 600 Mb of upload and download. The kitchen has: induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender and everything necessary to cook any dish.
In addition it has a free washing machine, dishwasher and iron.
