"Great location , immaculate facilities ."
We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of. The hotel , easy to walk to Porto Banus and easy in a taxi to Marbella town . We only stayed B&B which was excellent as we like the choice of nearby restaurants. On a personal note , it was warm enough to sunbathe but the beautiful pool was freezing !! If they heated it I think most of the guests would have had a swim , which is a shame . Overall really recommend this hotel , and it was a great deal on Expedia web site for a quick break .

"Beautiful hotel, helpful staff"
Wonderful hotel overall, would highly recommend. Only downsides were 1) not enough chairs by the pools/beach. All taken by 10am-had to set my alarm to save chairs. Not what wanted to do on holiday. 2) upon arrival had difficulty getting dinner reservations in the hotel restaurants as they were booked for the week. Do note we were there during Easter week so maybe this isn't the norm but it was our experience. Otherwise it's a fantastic property!

"Good some parts, could be improved in others. "
Superb location with a fantastic swimming pool and plenty of loungers for hotel guests. When the sun shines, the terrace overlooking the sea and the pool is a great place to either have breakfast or lunch. Staff are very attentive As the hotel is called a golf resort, it is somewhat surprising to find it doesn't own the golf course. All it has are 5 tee times early morning from the hole next to the hotel. As these are booked well in advance, you have to make your way to the Golf Clubhouse some distance away to start at the first hole. Superior sea view rooms are spacious and well equipped but are now in need of an upgrade. Breakfast buffet is superb with a very wide range of food available, even cava with your orange juice! A chef is also on hand to prepare special orders like a variety of omelettes. However, where the hotel lets itself down is that there are no hot plates available and the buffet items such as pre-prepared fried and scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages are only lukewarm. Bar area needs to be rethought as it is a pretty soulless place. As the hotel is quite isolated, most guests arrive by car and are charged 8 Euros per day to use the hotel car park!

"Nice hotel close to the airport. "
We arrived late at night and planned to collect our hire the next day. Had to get a taxi to the hotel as it was too far to walk. Bus the next day back to the airport was great. Took time but worked well for us.

" Great Easter break for 5 nights"
Great beach location, short walk 10 mins on boardwalk to Porto-Banas for restaurants, cafe, shops and night life also there is a HARD ROCK. I like the hotel restaurant and there is a seperate restaurant on MISTREAL beach right there during day, great food for lunch, drinks or snack during a break from sunny and relaxing. I took a trip to Tangere long day bus and boat trip was ok. I took trip to the Rock of Gibralter was better, the best trip was to the city of RONDA (we drove by car but they do have a train available),amazing views kind of a must see wonder! We had a sunset dinner overlooking the GORGE AND VALLEY below,so very nice.

"Nice hotel 5 mins walk from a lovely beach"
My husband and I stayed here for a short break. The Hotel is situated in a good area and there are supermarkets across the bridge. Also across the bridge is a lovely churreria called cafe del sol which serves the nicest coffee around and churros too. The Alanda Club is a bit out of the way from Marbella, but quieter and there are less people here, which we found more pleasant and peaceful. We went in April, so I don't know what it's like in the high season. Marbella is about 15 mins bus ride and Fuengirola about 30 mins from here. It would be perfect for families and people who do not like the craziness and built up nature of Fuengirola. It is a lot more upmarket than Fuengirola. We had a lovely relaxing stay here. Our apartment had everything we needed and a lovely corner terrace where you could have spent the whole time if you wanted. A beach walk 5 minutes away is lovely with many chiringuitos along the way where you can stop and have a coffee, beer or something to eat. Our stay here was everything we expected and more for 5 days of r and r.
