NCH is a basic hotel, the room was clean and the staff friendly. I stayed there in January when things are quiet, I would imagine however the room might be noisy in the busy season as it is in the centre of town. For the price excellent value.

Nice hotel for price. Central location
The hotel is great for the cost per night. Centrally located the square and have stayed here a couple of times. Staff are friendly apart from one of the guys on the front desk who was quite abrupt when we lost our room key and try to charge us 30 euros but reduced it to 20.

Cheap, cheerful and fun
Dubious about staying due to cheaper cost but no need to be. Although dated in places, the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff was superb. No tea or coffee, but we knew that before we stayed. There was a fridge where you could purchase water or cans of fizzy drinks. Reception staff so helpful and we got to check in early as room available. I loved the idea of you leaving your key for maids to clean otherwise take it with you. Located in ideal place and although sun ok balcony all afternoon, air con was fabulous! Cheap, cheerful and FAB. Will defiantly look into staying here again

Perfect for my stay
Loved the hotel. Simple, basic and economical. Could not have been happier with my choice. It’s not 5 star but it is very clean and was just what I wanted. Friendly staff and above all clean and had everything I needed.

Very convenient location
Located in the town centre. Mercadona supermarket just around the corner. Very close to Clock Tower, Calle San Miguel, with a lot of eating places and shops. 3 minutes walk to train station and bus stop to Malaga. 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Everything is fine, except there's foul smell from the drain on the floor of the toilet.

I have stayed in the NCH on numerous occasions.It is a bit dated but is clean, staff are friendly and it's location is good for local amenities . I will certainly be returning in the near future .

So although it wasn't dear, it was the dearest place we stayed in over 3 weeks but the worst sadly. They kindly obliged and gave us a high floor end room but it reeked of ckeaning stuff/bleach. Left balcony door open all afternoon but still stunk. Luckily they changed our room. We never left the key so it didn't get cleaned! It had a slight damp smell and a drain smell in the bathroom now and then. But better than the over the top cleaning product smell, clearly it was masking something! Room spacious, comfy bed and although you could hear the next room it was quiet at night and no noise outside for such a great central location. Miniscule tv with 1 uk channel. No safe, fridge, hairdryer in room you had to borrow from reception, none available one morning. I wouldn't stay here again unless nothing else available.

Amazing value for money. A bit old but clean, friendly staff, the wifi was very slow and no recycling options, but seeing the price, I will book again. Also the location is perfect!

There are enough choices of cafes and restaurants nearby, shops and the beach is not too far. There is quite a bit of noise around the plaza where the hotel is located so leaving the open is not a good choice. The WiFi is not useable inside the room with an L shape entry.

2* is much for this hotel. Not even in one day to entry in the room to pick up trash and make beds. Maybe other rooms where not the same ... or NOT! Otherwise quiet area.

Handy clean basic budget
Great hotel in centre of Torremolinos minutes from train station, if your on a budget ideal clean rooms tidy bedding etc changed every day however if you want sea view pool etc this is not the place and you'll be paying at least double, great little place directly outside serving tapas traditional migas wine beer etc, we were at a festival and this place was ideal
