Modern central apartment with large private garden terrace

  • A well equipped modern one bedroom apartment with a large outside terace. In a residential street next door to the Glass Museum and a 5 minute walk to all central amenities - bars,tapas bars, restaurants and museums. The apartment makes a great base to explore the city, spend a day on the beach or use the wide range of local transport nearby to explore the cities and villages of Andalucia.

    The apartment has a large living/dining area/kitchen with doors out to the private terrace, a double bedroom also with doors to the terrace and a bathroom with full sized bath and a powerful shower.

    The apartment is in a small residential block purpose built in 2010 in a residential district adjacent to the city centre. It is on a road which is for residents only so not full of traffic. A short walk takes you to museums, galleries, cafes bars and restaurants whilst the beach at La Malagueta is only a 15 minute walk away.
