Located in a privileged enclave in the heart of the city and close to the most interesting areas, this exclusive and elegant two-bedroom apartment is the ideal place for those who wish to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.

Accommodation, Layout, and Equipment

With an area of 90 square meters and a capacity for 4 people, this is a very special property, decorated with great attention to the smallest details and overlooking one of the busiest areas of the historic center.

The living room is connected to a fully-equipped L-shaped kitchen with a white peninsula, whose fusion with the living room has been meticulously cared for. In the anteroom, there is a beautiful three-seater sofa in shades of gray. It also has two spacious bedrooms decorated with great care, perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation.

Both bedrooms have two queen-size beds (190x150 cm), and the property also has two fully equipped bathrooms with showers.

Equipment and facilities: Elevator, satellite LED TV with over 200 international channels, high-speed WiFi internet, intelligent cold and heat air conditioning, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, juice squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of tableware and kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Located in a completely renovated building, it is next to one of the most traditional places in the city, the popular Litoral Street, a few meters from the Malaga Park, and a few minutes from Plaza de la Merced, where the famous painter Pablo Picasso's birthplace is located. The location of the studio is part of one of the best-known areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses, restaurants, tapas bars, and museums that the neighboring pedestrian streets offer, and which you can explore to enjoy the true essence of this Mediterranean city.

Great stay, amazing place

Great location and very quiet. Kitchen cupboards had doors hanging off on arrival. Freezer needed defrosting and drawers wouldn’t open. Fridge kept freezing our food. Washing machine drawer wouldn’t open because of door. Not enough glasses for 4 people. These should all have been in better order before we arrived. Took 3 days of messaging to eventually deliver our change of towels/bedding. One hand towel between 2 is not enough. Showers leak into the bathroom. All of the above was totally unacceptable!
