It's a bit noisy outside the hotel even after 11pm and the cleaning work can be heard in the morning. So maybe it's good to install a double layer glass to block the noise.

A few meters from Torremolinos train station. Frienly reception staff. One minor moan .. nowhere to put toileteries in shower.

Perfectly located in Torremolinos Centre
Perfectly located in the centre of Torremolinos near to the gay scene and loads of other bars and restaurants. The room didn't have a balcony but for the price it was still a bargain for the middle of August.

Pleasant stay, great location ( so close to underground train to go to Malaga). So many options to have a meal .Very walkable,safe area. Bathroom was tiny, no place to put toiletries.Extra garbage can would’ve been nice in the bedroom.

Situated above the main shopping area, it's hard to find the entrance, which is hidden down an alley. 24 hour reception, rooms were large and clean, bath was small but also had shower. Was a TV, although difficult to get it to work. 5 mins walk from railway station, 10 mins from beach area. Breakfast was OK. Very good budget option.

situated close to all that we wanted. No need for taxi at night. Staff very friendly. The internet was slow and not accessible on certain things. the one unit that we got it on had to have the password re entered all the time. overall value for money.

Hotel in the middle of everything
Nice hotel in a great location. Play end room overlooking the Square was a bit noisy, but One knows that when excepting those rooms. :-)

Cancelled my paid booking without notice
I turned up to check in to this hotel and they told me my booking was cancelled. I showed them the valid paid receipt but they refused to look at it. This left me stranded in Spain and had to find other accommodation at short notice.

You get what you pay for
It's a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for, a place to sleep. The location is great, in the center but on a back street which means not much noise. Breakfast included and you get the simple one. If you want most out of it, be there early. In total: OK but not more.

Excellent location very central-Taxi drop off point is opposite a pedestrian road so better signage would be a an advantage if displayed better at the back of the hotel next to Roma restaurant Hotel was very clean and accommodating but food not to great standard

Hotel Kristal is in a great location near bars and restaurants, the rooms are basic, noise level on the first floor was intrusive both night and morning due to street being in use, no double glazing.

A very nice venue,close to shops, squares,etc with Poundland. Also had walking distance to beach. A very useful lift for getting back up!!! A lovely beach, LGBT friendly but not in your face. A good mix of locals and tourists. On a bad note,beds were like rocks and food was mediocre bad on some occasions. A good place for B and B,but not half board.

It is situated in the town centre but our room was quiet, It was difficult to find it first, as it is not written anywhere and it is behind the shops. The wifi and the air con were perfect.

The Hotel Kristal is situated very close to the centre of the town, down a side street and the entrance is a bit difficult to find. The rooms are basic but clean, the bathroom was clean and a good size. The air conditioning worked well. The view from the bedroom and bathroom windows were uninteresting, you could nearly reach over to the building opposite. Noise could be a problem, the walls seemed very thin and you could hear people in the narrow corridors on a regular basis, you could also hear the sound of running water from the neighbours whenever they used the bathroom. Breakfast was basic, cold meats and cheese with cereal, pastries, bread and buns, coffee and tea etc and juice. For those who needed something hot, there was a bot of hot beans on the end. Dinner was also a bit basic, plenty of salad to choose from, a couple of choices of hot meals, soup, bread and fruit. There was also some fruit and ice cream for desert. Drinks were available on request, wine, beer, water etc. The staff were very friendly and regularly kept refreshing the food. There are two terraces, one near the restaurant and bar for drinks and smokers, the other was a solarium, walk through the bar and through the adjacent exit. Sun beds were available but you have to provide your own towels. The bar was a good size but rarely used by anyone. Staff are not readily available at the bar and you have to ring the bell for assistance. I enjoyed the break but you get what you pay for.

Couldn’t get much sleep as could hear the loud snoring of the guy next room. Night staff not the most friendly Area is a bit rough at night with teenagers hunging around and staring at passers by. Tv is as big as a tablet and has only 3 spanish channels 😁

Was not expecting much for the price.. but I was very pleasantly surprised... Hotel.was great. Very basic but also very clean... Breakfast too was basic but a bargain for the price... Beds were clean and made daily.. Clean towels were also available daily... All in all... Great hotel super good location.. will definitely recommend and will use again

Surprisingly large hotel hidden in the main centre of Torremolinos. I was given a big corner room with two windows and a bathroom with a window - a rare treat in a hotel. No outlook from room but perfectly placed for underground.
