Wonderful hotel!

From the staff at the front desk to the gentleman who was working the bar/restaurant, everyone was wonderful! Very clean throughout the property, comfy bed and surprisingly the food was marvelous! I would definitely book again if the need arose!

My BA flight got cancelled and I was rebooked on one for the following day. As such I needed some where quick, convenient and reasonable to stay for the night. The Hilton Jardin was all of the above. The two staff on reception were lovely and very knowledgeable on 'Billie Jean'. The two bar guys were lovely.

I stayed here because of an early flight out of Malaga. Although I was placed in an accessible unit, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. I purchased the 23 euros breakfast and it was fresh and tasty. I was able to spend the day touring the city. The hotel is in walking distance from the metro train. Super easy to navigate.

The room was pretty standard for a chain hotel, everything you would expect. I will say though that it was exceptionally clean. The one thing that really stood out was the service from the staff. Excellent English and so very polite and helpful! Thank you all.

We stayed for one night prior to our flight. We arrived around midnight and left before 6am so we didn’t see or use the hotel facilities, other than the room. Comfy room. Staff on check in were nice, but they didn’t tell us anything about the hotel, breakfast times or whether any facilities were open at the time we checked in. A bit more info would have helped as we had travelled for quite a long time and had not eaten so it would have been helpful to know there was a snack bar open.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton in Malaga. Our initial room had a lot of noise from the lift however after chatting to the desk staff we were moved to another room which was very quiet. The breakfast was great, staff were nice, beds comfy, rooms clean - all you need. We didn’t park in the carpark as there is free parking at the back, however or hire car was targeted by vandalism and a large X was keyed in our passenger door. Would recommend just parking safely in this area. Really disappointing end to the trip. Hotel though was excellent!
