HOMEABOUT LA MERCED STUDIO 9:
Bright exterior studio, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The studio is located on a third floor, easily accessible with the lift; The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. The area is calm.



The studio has a double bed, TV, fully equipated kitchenette and a complete bathroom.









EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.







CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.







EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.

Very comfortable and convenient

This is kind of like a YMCA but in Malaga. It’s nice and close to everything. If you’re looking for something quick and convenient and relatively cheap, this is for you. Parking was also available for a fee.

Je suis très déçu par ce logement. L’appartement était rénové mais beaucoup de choses en périphérie n’allaient pas : il n’y pas de séchoir dans l’appartement ni de porte serviette dans la salle de bain, 30ml de liquide vaisselle c’est peu… pas de sel pas de poivre, pas d’huile. L’appartement a une forte odeur de tabac. C’est un immeuble d’appartement en location touriste et il n’y a pas de place de parking pour tout le monde, se garer dans les rues est extrêmement difficile. Le quartier semble douteux, il est cependant bien placé 1km de la mer et 1km du centre-ville.
