  • Cortijo Allalante is a restored 18th-century country house with a terrace and barbecue facilities, located in the heart of the Montes de Málaga natural park 6.7 km (forest road) of the A-45 motorway. The house features rustic elements such as stone walls, wooden beams and a large fireplace and includes a living area with TV and dining table as well as a kitchen with oven, washing machine and microwave. The house has a single bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each and two double bedrooms, one with an extra bed. It also has two bathrooms with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. It is an ideal place to rest, walk and enjoy nature just 14 km from the city of Malaga.

Amazing property

We had an amazing stay for 10days .. was nice to be close to Malaga yet out enough to have peace and quiet. The children loved the pool and having no neighbours meant we did not have to worry about their noise. We saw wildlife and would watch the gecko’s at night. Owners are amazing and friendly.. definitely recommended the house for anyone who wants to be off the grid!!!

Paradise in the Hills

The hosts are amazing. They greeted us at a local restaurant and we followed them up to their beautiful home. They are very proud of their family home that is over 300 years old. It was completely renovated and has everything you need. We loved our stay. The road up to the house is quite windy, but if you take your time, it is fine. Aside from that, I highly recommend this property.

Farmhouse Allalante Montes de Málaga

We have really enjoyed the stay. Communication with owners was without complication-they gave us in advance all necessary information, pick-up was on time. The house itself and garden and pool ar really clean and well equipped, ideal for larger groups (2 families). You can see that owners love their house and their guests - the service is perfect, communication friendly. Don´t be afraid of the "unpaved road"-it is quite easy to get there! We had a great time on our stay. The house was perfect and well appointed. The hosts were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property if you want to be close to Malaga but away from the crowds.

Excellent house, well equipped, very clean, rooms are comfortable and very quiet. Beautiful scenery in a park with birds. The road can be a little long, but worth the comfort and view.The owner was super nice, came to clean the pool every two days and was always ready to assist if needed. The pool is small but so much appreciated with the hot weather. Going to Malaga was easy, so don't be afraid to be in the country side so much cooler and nice.

very beautiful and quiet

Everything was perfect if you are looking for a home without any neighburs nearby, in the middle of nature. With a private pool to cool down and for children to play in. It takes about 20 minutes by car down a very narrow road up the mountain so if you are a bit scared for that kind of thing it might not be perfect but otherwise it is. We liked it very much and the owner and his son were very friendly and helpfull

Great stay – super relaxing

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. We were picked up by the owner, José. He showed us the way to the house, as the journey there is quite adventurous (single-lane gravel road, no guard rails, etc.). You definitely shouldn't rent a sports car if you want to holiday at this house. And the driver should have a head for heights ;-). Otherwise, the house is in an incredibly beautiful and peaceful location surrounded by nature. All you can hear are the cicadas. The house has all the amenities you need. The pool is a highlight. If there was anything we needed, we could contact the owner via WhatsApp (preferably in Spanish). I can highly recommend this house for a holiday.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Todo excelente. Los propietarios son maravillosos y te lo hacen todo muy fácil. Nos acompañaron hasta el alojamiento desde un punto de encuentro para que no tuviésemos problemas en llegar. El alojamiento es excelente, tiene todo el equipamiento necesario y más. Camas cómodas, limpieza excelente, ubicación genial (tranquilidad y descanso o fiesta sin molestar a nadie, ya que no hay vecinos cerca, lo que uno prefiera). La comunicación con los dueños es instantánea y se nota que lo hacen con mucho cariño. Aconsejable 100% hay hoteles de 5 estrellas que deberían aprender de Toñi y José Manuel. Muchas gracias.

Esta casa rural es espectacular y tiene muy buena relación de calidad-precio. Desde el primer momento los dueños fueron súper atentos, se agradece que sean tan detallistas. Te dejan incluso servilletas, pastillas de lavavajillas, bolsas de basura… En la casa encuentras de todo, no falta un detalle para el día a día. Está súper cuidada, muy limpia, el camino para llegar es fácil puesto que fui con un coche bajo sin ningún problema, además de que te dan las indicaciones claras e incluso te acompañan para que no te pierdas. La atención de José Manuel y Toñi es excepcional. Por otro lado la casa se corresponde a las fotos e incluso es mejor, al estar todo tan cuidada y que no le falte un solo detalle. La zona de la piscina es sin duda la mejor porque tiene incluso tumbonas y una sombrilla enorme para que no pases calor. Gracias a los propietarios por ser tan buena gente, flexibles, serviciales en todo, detallistas, atentos… Lo pasamos genial, es para repetir.

José Manuel, el anfitrión, nos recibió al principio del camino y nos condujo hasta el maravilloso cortijo de finales del 1700, reformado y al que no le falta un detalle. Tiene toda la esencia de lo rústico con las comodidades necesarias para habitarlo. Total paz y tranquilidad. Solo se escuchan los sonidos de la naturaleza. Salimos enamorados de este cortijo. Absolutamente todo perfecto. Y José Manuel, un encanto de persona. Podría estar hablando con él todo el día.

Casa perfecta, anfitrión 10, acceso malo.

El sitio es el lugar más tranquilo que puedas imaginar, la casa tiene de todo y el anfitrión es lo más amable que puedas encontrar, un placer. A destacar que el acceso no esta adecuado para coches bajos, es un camino sin asfaltar en algunos tramos no en muy buen estado. . El resto muy buen.
