"Lovely apartments with great staff"
The apartments are lovely, especially those newly renovated and I would definitely recommend staying. There is plenty of swimming pools and even in August there is space for everyone. The staff are all friendly and courteous and were flexible with requests to make the stay even better. The only slight issues were the wifi which isn't great and only allows one device at a time and the bed was a little lumpy. It is close to the beach and to local restaurants/ supermarkets. If you need to travel around would recommend hiring a car as the taxis are very expensive. I would stay here again if coming back to the area.

Great stay! Excellent staff! 20m taxi from main part of Marbella makes all the difference - 4 pools and direct access to the beach with its own beach club (next to Nikki beach) is the dream!

"Excellent hotel in excellent location"
I have visited this hotel a number of times and have rarely been disappointed. This is an excellent location with easy access to the beach, walks, shopping and restaurant. It is on the east edge of Banus, therefore a bit quieter than on the other side. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provides a great choice and I would say that overall this hotel provides good value for money.

"Club Marbella - Crown Resorts. Beautiful Apt fully"
We had a great stay at Club Marbella Crown Resorts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Travelled as couple with 20, 18 & 13 Year olds. Beautiful resort but area not suitable for teens who want to go off & 'enjoy' party time. Its mainly a residential area which was overlooked by developers of nightclubs etc. Choice & competitiveness of area as regards dinner was only ok. Room was upgrades recently enough so all amenities were there from full cooker, Fridge Freezer, washing machine, Iron & board, hairdryer. We had a two bed apt which was duplex with two full bathrooms. The quality of the sofa bed was second to none.

"Disappointing start, got better"
Arrived at 01:00 hrs. Given the worst room - 807. Cracked tiles / no grouting in bathroom. shabby decor, aircon not working (had engineer trying to fix it at 02:00 hrs). Noisy - next to the lift shaft. flyblown lampshades, WiFi not operable - generally very poor condition. Complained, but night staff were not accommodating at all. Met Mr Peres - General Manager the following morning, and was moved to a newer, cleaner and much better room. After the initial poor experience, the accommodation was vastly improved. High season meant staff were too few for the guests, so slow, forgetful service. Food generally good, plentiful. Room service / cleaning staff helpful and cheerful.

"One of the best hotels in the area"
We visited at peak season so restaurants, etc, were usually booked in advance as the resort also attracts locals and holidaymakers from the area. PB is one of the original and best known hotels in the region, located on the Golden Mile, and with good facilities. Not cheap for what it delivers. It has a nice village style, plus a great kids club and has one of the top nightclubs in its grounds. Our room felt damp because of condensation caused by need for constant aircon (it is hot this time of year) but that probably can't be helped. Staff in some of the resort dining/bar areas were somewhat unresponsive - which was less than we expected - there is a bit of a Manyana attitude. The pool attendants didn't allow kids to play witrh floating toys or balls in the pool areas, which was also unusual.

"Overall I was Happy with the hotel. Would go back"
Overall I was happy with the hotel after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming and very helpful both at reception/pool and restaurant. The pool area had lots of activatity for both adults and children. If you did want to visit the Aqua park then there is a free shutle bus that leaves the hotel every 10/15 mins which was fantastic. After reading some of the reviews regarding the food at lunch time and in the evening I can tell you that the was plenty of variety and the food tasted good (kids loved the desert section). The only negative comments I can give about this hotel is that you are out of the way of any shops so you would have to catch a Bus into town but if you want a relaxing holiday with the kids by the pool with no shops etc then this hotel is great. Would recommend this hotel and would go back

"nice group stay. "
Excellent stay for 10 days. Good location for us as we intended to spend time in porta banus and gib and the location was good. Food is impressive and entertainment was ok. Children's disco was missing after dinner and the hotel next door seemed to have better lineup.
