Exclusive 2BD duplex in Malaga old town. San Agustin Terrace III

Spectacular duplex located in the heart of Málaga’s historic center, next to the Cathedral of the Incarnation. The apartment is situated in a large building, newly renovated with luxurious finishes.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for your stay, located immediately upon entering. To the left, through a sliding door, we access the attic-style living room, one of the most charming areas of the apartment. The living room is divided into a sitting area with a sofa and TV, and a dining area, as well as a small guest toilet.

From the living room, we can access one of the two bedrooms, also attic-style, with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom is located on the second floor, up the stairs from the living room. This bedroom has a large double bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. At the top of the stairs, there is a small and cozy terrace offering wonderful views of the Málaga Cathedral.

Situated in an unbeatable location, in the heart of Málaga, next to the Cathedral, the Revello de Toro Museum, the Church of San Agustín, the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba, and the Roman Theatre.

This apartment is perfect for those visiting the city for its cultural and gastronomic offerings, thanks to its exceptional location that allows you to explore Málaga’s center on foot and enjoy its main monuments and the most charming spots in the city.

Great apartment, great location !

Beautiful two bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment, with view of cathedral from balcony, great location with excellent restaurants and shopping a few minutes walk away.
