Nice Apartment But Could Have Been Cleaner
The apartment itself was nice, & spacious, & in a very central location. However, when paying nearly €3000 for the week, I would have expected it to be a lot cleaner. Could improve on following; Spa bath couldn’t be used as when the jets were turned on there was a lot of black dirt coming out. I tried running the water through the jets on 3 occasions and it was no better-avoid using The tiles & furniture on the terrace, were very dirty & dusty, with used cigarette butts left in one corner. All surfaces, cupboards, drawers, fridge in the kitchen needed to be cleaned down before use because of dirt and crumbs. Linen on the dining table was stained. Some of the utensils, delph, &cutlery were not clean, & some of the plates were chipped. Bin in the kitchen was filthy, & had to be cleaned upon arrival. Note there is no oven in the kitchen. The floors & bins in the bathroom were also not very clean. No heating in the sitting & dining area. Provision of extra towels & bed linen, especially if you are staying for an extended period. No duvet covers on the duvets, some of which were stained. When we arrived 2 of the 6 bedrooms we had booked were locked, which was strange as we had rented the whole apartment. Thankfully Jordi opened these for our second night. He also provided an electric kettle, iron, extra mugs that we had requested, and some cleaning items.
