I really loved how clean the place was and how spacious it was. The place can accomodate 7 people but also has two separate rooms for extra privacy. Each room is accompanied by a bathroom nearby and they have a lock and closed doors for each room which increases privacy so if you’re coming with a big family or friends you can maintain privacy. Each room also has its own kitchenette which is great. Definitely will come back again as the prices are also affordable.

Comfy stay @ the condo.
The property is well maintain. The checking was smooth.
The condominium is located at high floor with a good view of the sea & the town.
There are fridge, washer, TV & fridge.
Excellent for short or long term stay.
Car park lots are easily available.
It is much better than staying at a hotel.
The hotel rates at Melaka has been on the uptrend. I suppose due to supply & demand.
If you drive then it is convenient.

The room was nice , clean and easy to park and access.
Small issues like bathtub drainer not working, should get that fixed.
There is a mall below the property however it is a bit sad as there is virtually no stores.

Slow checkin and AC issues
Checkin process needs improvement, the mailbox was ‘empty’ when we arrived (20mins after checkin time). Had to wait another 30mins for the cleaner to bring us the keys.
GF rooms have 2 AC’s that are linked to 1 compressor - they cutout in the middle of night causing as an issue as the room was too hot for the baby. Repair guy came quickly the next day and fixed it , but he told us it ‘happens all the time’, so not sure why they don’t just fix the issue properly. Presume it’s an overload as the compressor not suitable to support 2 indoor units.
Next door building ‘altatude’ has opened a roof top club - Friday night you could hear the DJ bass until 2am

Un confort irréprochable,une propreté méticuleuse, une équipe de conciergerie très r éactive , ainsi que des instructions d’entrée- sortie très bien expliquées . Le service vaut bien celui d un 5 étoiles.
