"Wonderful location for hiking, sightseeing, or just enjoying a coffee while listening to birds. Well stocked with everything you’d need for cooking and close to several different stores/towns. As mentioned the pull out isn’t the most comfortable but there are plenty of other options from the loft to the inflatable mattress. Highly recommended if you enjoy hiking or canoeing given the proximity to there park and Mohican Adventures."

Pine Ridge Cabin - Secluded Cabin with Hot Tub

"Very clean, and very open floor plan, lots of room to work with for 4 people. Hot tub was nice, right outside the back door. Lots of deer in the morning eating grass was a nice sight. Very quiet, very peaceful trees took you out of city life and into the country. We loved it. Close to shops and the Mohican state park where there were activities for the younger family. Would stay here again. Owner was great with communication."

"The property was incredible and Deb was so great to work with. Her communication was the best I have had with any VRBO owner yet! The welcome basket that included: dog treats and a dog toy, local favorites for breakfast and guides for the area was such a nice surprise. The little touches were what really impressed though: labels on all the remotes and keys to tell you where they went, everything you could ever want for the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas, big comfy beds with quality bedding, fans, and the most spectacular outdoor area. I think they have actually trained the fish to jump on the hook for the catch and release pond, which was a blessing for 4 grandkids ages 2-7 fishing for the 1st time. They LOVED reeling them in faster than we could get them off the hooks! They even allowed us to host 30 family members on the 4th of July for our family reunion during our vacation there. It was perfect! Plenty of outdoor space and parking. And the fact that the whole place was so pet friendly was such a bonus for our other babies! We would stay here for family vacation again in a second!!!"

"My son and I did a mommy and me mini trip so we came to Splash Harbor. When checking in it went really smooth. They explain the pool hours and how to get to my room very well. They even recommend staying hydrated in the pool because of the heat. No issues with other guest and my son even made some friends while there. House keeping was quick to fill supplies for the room which help the flow of the vacation keep going. Definitely will be going back."
