I’m handicapped. There were stairs leading to first level then to go to their front desk I had to go through the property and more stairs without anyone there.

I loved everything about this hotel and our stay. The beach is very nice and the hotel is ON the beach. You go downstairs and exit the lobby to the beach. No drive. The hotel provides beach towls, loungers, and umbrellas at no extra charge. There is also beach service from the restaurant. This is perfect for families with young children. The pool service is the absolute best. The restaurant Awwa is the restaurant by the pool. The menu is top notch. The food is quite good. My 4 year old loved the fish tacos and the wagu sliders. The upstairs restaurant Kumo is awesome we enjoyed their breakfast and dinner. The room is amazing. We loved it plus the view of the beach was ideal. The staff is very accomodating, personable, and polite. We highly recommend this hotel.

Treated with respect and very, very accommodating to our needs. The food at the bar and drinks were excellent also. Highly recommended for others.

A nice paint job around the whole place would definitely make it look very classy

We enjoyed our stay here at the Embassy Suites however the condition of the property could be better. Rooms were clean yet old and outdated. There was mold on the ceilings and around the property. If they would update this property would be 10/10. We enjoyed the dining options on the property as well as the amenities that came along with the booking. Overall I give a 7/10.
