"Clean and right beside the bay and walkable. Front desk is handled by a different hotel in the same group and not very helpful to find the room. "

"We were looking for an alternative all-inclusive resort to Turkey or Greece (so we can drive there vs flying). The potential for this resort is huge...it competes very well with the best. We stayed 2 weeks after it opened, and the staff and level of service was already excellent. We will certainly be back."

We also liked the breakfast, where you have a big variety of different food options, and the staff is very friendly. We also enjoyed being in the sea spa area, which is accessible within the hotel. "It was a lovely property with beautiful views. I wish we would have had time to explore more of the area and the hotel amenities. I took off one star because we were not able to control the thermostat in our own room, which is important to me. We were told it was centrally controlled. It was very stuffy in the room but when we opened the door to the balcony to get air, any fan movement in the room stopped. Please consider letting guests control their room temperatures, especially when the weather is at least 10 degrees warmer than expected."
