Welcome to our holiday home in Makkum on the IJsselmeer in the very well maintained holiday park Beachresort Makkum.
The house is located on an open fairway to the IJsselmeer. From its own pier, you can take boat trips on the IJsselmeer. Or just in the park sail with z. B. an inflatable boat. The sand - beach and surf with the Boulevard can be reached in just a few hundred meters through the park.
From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the nature reserve and on the IJsselmeer.
For children, the location of the house is perfect.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday.

An Internet connection have all our cottages.
Likewise, a sauna, which is very pleasant in the winter months. The house is equipped with 3 flat-screen televisions that allow you to receive either via cable or digital program.

For children, the location of the house is perfect. Near the house there is room to play football, play badminton or other sports. Behind the house can swim, fish or go boating children. In the park a mini golf course and canoes, bicycles, pedal cars is you can rent.



The house is located in the Beach Resort Makkum.

Lovely restaurants, small shops, and terraces in the center invite you to stroll.
From here you can make numerous trips to the environment such. As the Frisian lakes area, the Wadden Sea and its islands, and much more.

Erholung pur

Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch gelegen, fast am Ende eines Feriengebietes. Die gesamte Nachbarschaft war ruhig. Wir konnten toll entspannen. Wir wurden sogar von Hasen und Graurreihern besucht. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. An den wenigen kühlen Abenden haben wir den Whirlpool genossen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Ferienhaus. Die Räumlichkeiten waren schön und sauber. Die Terrasse lud zum verweilen ein. Die Vermieterin konnte jederzeit kontaktiert werden und war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes, geräumiges Haus

Wir haben mit 8 Erwachsenen, 1 Kleinkind und 1 Neugeborenen eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem geräumigen, sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Haus verlebt. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Die Umgebung hat viele Aktivitäten zu bieten, der Weg zum Strand ist schön und die Nachbarorte sind idyllisch. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Steg direkt im Garten, hinter dem dann wunderschön die Sonne unterging. Obwohl das Haus in einem Park mit vielen Ferienhäusern liegt, hat man Privatsphäre und einen freien Blick in die Natur.

Unkomplizierter Checkin, sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Unser Ferienhaus hatte eine gute Lage im Beachresort Makkum. Der Park ist gepflegt und hundefreundlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und Terrasse und Garten ebenfalls super. Nur die Liegen gehören auf den Müll. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und trotz der schönen Unterkunft war das etwas öde und wir sind früher als geplant abgereist.

Schönes großes Haus, Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar

Die Unterkunft war sauber und groß. Der Strand ist fußläufig oder mit dem Tretboot erreichbar. Der check-in war unkompliziert. Die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. Es gibt vier Fahrräder vor Ort. Pro Raum gibt es ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter, sodass man gut lüften kann, ohne dass Mücken reinkommen. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem. Gern wieder.

Schönes Haus!!

Insgesamt super schönes Haus mit tollem Garten!! Leider war das Wasser im Pool nicht frisch, sodass wir uns eine Infektion geholt haben.. aber das konnte gut geklärt werden, sodass wir die Unterkuft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen würden!! Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Perfektes Haus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Ein tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick, welchen man aus dem Wohnzimmer, von der Terrasse und aus dem Whirlpool genießen kann. Das Haus besitzt schöne große Fenster und eine tolle Aufteilung des Hauses. Alle Räume sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. In der Küche fehlte es uns an nichts! Alles funktionstüchtig. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war ebenfalls problemlos. Wir können diese Anlage zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Haus hat die beste Lage. Viele Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! :)

Es war ein tolles Haus mit einem Traumhaften Blick!!!

Alles hat gut geklappt! Unser Pech war nur, dass die Spülmaschine während unseres Aufenthalts defekt ging, so dass wir bei 9 Personen und drei Mahlzeiten viel zu spülen hatten. Aber eher ein Luxusproblem!

Ein sehr schönes Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung. Wir waren alle begeistert. Das sehr gute Wetter war natürlich auch noch das I-Tüpfelchen. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, wie in der Beschreibung. Das vorhandene Tretboot war direkt am ersten Abend ein Highlight für die Kinder.

Einfach super 😃

Wir sind begeistert … … alle Informationen wurden uns zeitig zur Verfügung gestellt … das Haus entsprach genau den Angaben in der Anzeige … die Lage war für uns genauso perfekt wie das Resort an sich und das Wetter ☀️. Nur eine kleine Hürde gab es direkt bei der Ankunft … wir hatten nicht verstanden, dass man (nur beim ersten Mal) zunächst zu Fuß zum Haus gehen muss, um dort die Einlasskarten für die Schranke am Resorteingang zu holen. Und weil die Rezeption geschlossen war konnte von dort keine Hilfe kommen. Nach einiger Verwirrung hat ein Telefonat mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin aber schnell Aufklärung gebracht und eine wunderbar entspannte Familienwoche konnte beginnen. Wiederholung ist vorgemerkt ☺️

Super locatie, netjes en schoon

Wij hebben genoten, reactie op mijn vragen waren snel. Netjes nog een tweede kinderstoel en bedje neergezet voordat we kwamen. De woning was schoon, een mooie locatie. En precies zoals het op de site staat afgebeeld. Mocht je dit willen, zeker aan te bevelen.

Heel mooie verblijf ;)

Wij hebben met vrienden paar dagjes genoten in Makkum.Heel nette huis,alles wat je nodig hebt vanaf keuken tot badkamer,mooie omgeving. Een min punt best vroeg uitchecken ,wij moesten best snel rennen ;)schoonmaak persooneel staat precies om 10uur op de stoep. Bedankt Ute ,en heel veel succes met je accommodatie👍
