I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, especially the housekeeping. I would like to sincerely thank Monir Mia and Kajol Biswas from Floor 9 for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. They were always friendly, helpful, and made my stay comfortable and memorable. They are a great asset to the hotel, and I look forward to staying here again.

No drinking water bottles in the room which is standard practice in other hotels in the area. Front desk people and staff was helpful. Beds are small and not very comfortable unless you sleep over the blankets.

Alhamdulillah…..the hotel location is very convenient, close to Haram area (walking distance). I must give 5star to the hotel staff specially the manager Mr Dider who was highly professional and so helpful. In fact we came hotel way too early and I was just asking if we can check in early and if needed we would pay extra. They helped us for early checking without any fees specially during the busiest season of the Ramadan.
