Villa Grace 2 is modern, newly built villa in Makarska, with heated infinity pool, breathtaking sea views of Brac and Hvar islands and Makarska town. The heated pool is 33 square meters and there are 8 deck chairs by the pool and outdoor shower.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms and all three have a toilet within the room and 2 have access to the balcony.
On the second floor is a room with two beds and has access to a roof terrace with sea views.
The villa also has a large private driveway where up to 3 cars can comfortably park.
