This newly built apartment with sea view is situated on a hillside above the town Makarska. There are three double bedrooms with private bathroom, each room is equipped with TV / SAT. The spacious living area with open kitchen, nice terrace with sea view, all rooms are air conditioned, has an internet connection, WLAN. After a day trip, you can enjoy the relaxation on the corner couch. Entertainment in the evening, a modern wall-mounted smart TV with satellite TV connection. At the dining table, which offers enough space for common meals, you enter the open cooking area. The modern built-in kitchen is equipped with all appliances for a comfortable self-service, including stove, microwave and dishwasher. The comfortable furnishings of the apartment include the wireless Internet access via WiFi, as well as air conditioning.
Before your doorstep, you will find shopping opportunities after 80 meters and restaurants after 300 meters. The sandy beach with water sports facilities can be reached within 500 meters. There is a tennis court 100 meters away. In the historic town, the beach promenade, the monastery church and the historic town center are worth a visit.

Modern and large penthouse with terrace and sea view

The penthouse is just as the photos show. It is very modern and equipped with everything needed to have a pleasant stay in Makarska. Each room, which is large and has a private bathroom, is equipped with individual airconditioning. Everything worked perfectly! Kitchen also equipped with everything you need. Large terrace is very spacious and pleasant to stay on. Each room also has its own smaller terrace. Multiple parking spaces for the car. Friendly owners who are easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Makarska is really recommended to stay a few days or a week. If we come back to Makarska again, we will definitely rent this penthouse again.

Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen und es schaut genau so aus wie auf den Bildern.

Wir waren mit dem Apartment sehr zufrieden. Topzustand, sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage war auch ok. Nach einem gemütlichen Abendessen tat der kleine Rückweg sehr gut. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Also wir würden dieses Objekt sofort wieder buchen 👍

Wohlfül Oase

Man kann es als Penthouse bezeichnen in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung exakt so vorgefunden wie wir sie auf den Bildern gesehen haben. Kurzum wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, wir eine 6 köpfige Familie. Der Weg bis zur Promenade etwa 15 dis 20 Min. jenachdem wie schnell mal ist. Bedingt durch die gute Gastronomie tat uns der Fußmarsch ganz gut 😊. Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Makarska genug. Nach dem Abendprogramm haben wir gern auf der großen Terrasse gesessen. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich 👍 und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hierfür nochmals unseren Dank ! Unser Fazit, wer entspannten Urlaub machen möchte ist hier total richtig. Perfect accommodation

We had a great holiday in Makarska and enjoyed the apartment as well. It’s just like the pictures, so don’t hesitate too book this Penthouse for a holiday. Everything worked as supposed and the terrace is just perfect. I would highly recommend the apartment. Thanks to our landlords for their services.

Fantastisk flott toppleilighet! Hyggelig vertskap!

Denne leiligheten var faktisk finere enn på bildene! Vi hadde et topp opphold. Passe avstand til byen og stranden, eller enn tur på fjellet. Kort vei til bakeri og dagligvarer. Rolig boligområde. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake, og vil gjerne anbefale denne leiligheten til venner og bekjente!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Makarska

Eine super Wohnung, es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern, Vermieterin auch sehr nett, der Strand ist etwas weiter weg, zumindest wenn man einen Kinderwagen hat, da kann man wg den Stufen nicht den direkten Weg nehmen, wir sind dann mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten gefahren und hatten ein gratis Ticket fürs Parken am Strand... Alles wirklich super, immer wieder gern...
