The comfortable studio apartment is on the first floor of the house, which is in a quiet area near the town centre of Makarska and the long sandy beach. The big advantage of this apartment is that the sights in town, as well as shops and restaurants, are within walking distance.

The apartment has its own balcony furnished with a table and comfortable chairs. A grill is also available, on request. There are three parking spaces right by the house. There are also two garage parking spaces available in the house.

The 35m² studio apartment is comfortably furnished and is ideal for 2 people. It consists of a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a modern bathroom. Satellite TV, air conditioning and free WiFi are included in the rental fee. Next to the double bed there is a sofa bed for a third person. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a bath, WC, and washing machine.

It is only 300 metres to the town centre. It is 700 metres to the sandy beach. It is five minutes to the nearest supermarket. Many museums, shops, bars and clubs are within walking distance. The manin beach in town is a ten-minute walk away. It provides a range of sports activities and opportunities to relax.
