"Very positive experience overall. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the venue very nice. The beach is a few steps away, which is a big plus. The room was clean and well equipped, nothing to complain about here. "The hotel was excellent in total. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good with variety. The pool and the beach were great. The rooms could be upgraded but we stayed more outdoors enjoying all the activities and shows. I would absolutely love to stay there again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were huge, the entertainment guys tried there best to get everyone involved, especially ameel, sorry if spelt wrong, the bar staff were great, the highlight of our holiday was the lifeguard Hassan, from the moment we arrived he took an interest and advised us where to sit etc, he helped me when I was ill and prepared a vip area for my wife on her birthday, he also helped my daughter to learn how to swim and showed my son how to swim a lot better, every day he greeted us with a smile and we looked forward to seeing him"

"The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met. The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing! My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr. Ashraf Moh, Mr. Mina and Mr. Amr asked about him every single day. They even called our room to ask us if there was anything we needed for my son to make our stay easier while he was ill. Any request I made pertaining to my son’s illness, they took care of immediately with grace and great respect. This hotel didn’t just make me feel like a guest they made me feel like family! They are super attentive, respectful, and kind! The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well taken care of my kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach so much! The way they treated my family and I has ensured that I will never stay anywhere else when vacationing in Hurghada/ Makadi!"
