"The residential complex is situated half way between Darhar ( old Hurghada ) and Sheraton Road ( New Hurghada walking street ) The complex itself is very safe and has it's own 24/7 security who are happy to help with anything at all. The security Boss speaks very good English. Only one younger member tried his luck to get some Bucksheesh... but otherwise all very professional! The apartment itself is managed by a Egyption lady called Noor. They changed my apartment midway...

"It’s a super kid-friendly resort. The food options were amazingly diverse, although some lacked quality hence the 4 stars. The staff is super friendly, helpful and cheerful; definitely the biggest plus for this resort."

"I booked a family room, and it was very spacious. The furniture wasn't new, but it was in decent condition. The bathroom, however, need some improvement. The facilities were excellent, and everything was conveniently located near the room. The pools were clean, and the sea was amazing. The aquapark at Stella Gardens was fantastic, and the shuttle bus was available throughout the day. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food, including salads, fruits, and desserts. While the quality may not have been premium, it was still very good. The snacks, however, were not that good. The staff was very helpful, especially during checkout. My wife slipped in the bathroom, and we had to leave one night earlier than planned. The team was very understanding and even prepared meals for our road trip. Special thanks to Sameh from the reception team and Hany, the Reception Manager, for their excellent support."

"Everything about my stay was more than perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. Every single member of the team, including the front desk staff, made me feel truly valued and comfortable throughout my stay. The food was absolutely amazing with a great variety and excellent quality every day. The pool restaurant was one of my favorite spots — beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. The sandy beach was perfect, clean, relaxing, and ideal for enjoying the sea peacefully. One of the best things about this hotel is how quiet and peaceful the whole place is, making it perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the stunning garden and sea views. A very special thanks goes to the animation team, especially Rita and Islam, for their energy, kindness, and the fun atmosphere they created every day. I had an incredible experience and will definitely come back again!"
