"Nice place to stay, reasonably walking distance from benaulim beach. Would have been an excellent place to stay, had there been in house restaurant. Being studio apartments, kitchen is available but restaurant is not. You might have to ask hotel staff for things quite few times, upon request it would be available. Proactive approach of service could be expected at this stay value though. Otherwise clean, nit and tidy, well maintained property. Over-all good stay. "

"The standard of the property was below average. I was expecting something better for the price I paid but it wasn’t good value for money. It was fairly clean but needs a good, thorough deep cleanse!! It has air condition which is a plus but the location is isolated and a good walking distance from amenities such as ATM, Bank, beach, restaurant etc... In the heat, walking long distances feels like torture. Then courtesy bus operates within a small radius only ans is almost useless!! The...

"Overall our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is located in a neighborhood not in the resort areas of Goa. Many restaurants in walking distance. The pool was clean and enjoyable. "
