"On arrival the apartment was occupied by a couple refusing to leave. The hotel management were great in finding alternative accommodation for three nights till the problem was resolved. We booked an apartment with cooker, microwave and other kitchen equipment - we got 3 glasses!! Because of this we had to eat out for all meals which was not budgeted for. "Savio was extremely helpful throughout. The rooms are basic but adequate. It is literally 20 paces from Calangute beach with great shacks. A stones throw from the busy centre of calangute. We did have electrical cuts everyday but there was work being done nearby and lamps were provided. Very clean and well maintained. If you go get some good directions from Savio as our taxi driver struggled to find it despite sat nav. Very easy to find once you are there."

The place was really great - we would highly recommend it & happily stay there again . The landlord was very attentive to communication & any small issues were sorted out quickly ."

"Property address not listed and was hard to get in contact as we didn’t have What’s App. Apartment was dirty and was advertised with a sofa bed and did not have one. My 6ft son was expected to sleep in a lounge that wasn’t long enough and only had 2 pillows for 3 people. Owner supplied a single mattress but only after he was told we would report to Expedia. Overall very disappointing and left a day early."
