"Really beautiful eco friendly property, though it is not in a location that you can easily get to. I’d recommend renting a car when staying in this property. Spa should be booked ahead of time as it was fully booked during our stay. Need at least 2 days stay to enjoy all the amenities, and get the feel of the place. Room is nice and clean, though I don’t believe there is ventilation in the restroom."

"A lovely restful stay. Our suite was beautiful, delicious breakfast in the mornings, very nice heated swimming pool and a ping-pong table. There's also a separate shared kitchenette and fridge/freezer for guests which is handy so you can prep a picnic or make a salad or pasta for dinner in the garden. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time."
"Quiet hotel situated in a very peaceful environment.
Check in was relatively fast and efficient. We were taken to our room by the receptionist. Our room was situated on the first floor and was well designed and decorated.
After a long trip we had a quick swim at the swimming pool and enjoyed it.
Coming back to the room we were intrigued by the way the towels were displayed in the bathroom and we thought well that is perhaps the way they do it.

"I travel a lot! This was by far the best hotel I have ever experienced. I was honestly blown away from the minute I arrived until I walked out the door. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! "Overall property was as advertised, 2 of the beds were kids beds so for 5 adult men it wasnt great. Location is not as listed but further down close to the neighborhing campsite. On the day we arrived (we arrive very late around midnight) we tried to call the owner but he did not pick up and later said he had sent an email to let us know he was there (which I never received). We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, it was clear that it has not been deep cleaned in a while. The wifi was not working and when mentioned to the owner he said it wasn't the first time and told us to go the campsite next door (He made no attempt to fix it). However, the area is beautiful, the yard is spacious and if you're looking to visit the neighbouring castles it is a great location. The neighbouring campsite is easily accessible and has good drinks"
