Staff were all very helpful. Short walk to Santa Cruz and Centro, and to Santa Justa train station so it was perfectly located for all of the things we needed. "

"Generally everything is “OK”. Check in was very impersonal and no explanation of where anything was or where the facilities where. Pool area is nice but no staff there and the bar is unmanned. Waited for 29 mins for “service” at the pool but gave up.. Room was nice but the “balcony” was fully enclosed so didn’t feel like a balcony and had no view… Mini bar only has 2 bottles of still water.. very clean and tidy but would probably say it’s a 3* plus hotel.. great if you are in Seville on buisness "
