One thing about breakfast it is served on time and no later and the lady at breakfast is amazing. The staff is wonderful. They go beyond helpful Will be staying here again and the rooms were clean. you also have a washer and dryer so you don’t take dirty clothes home.

I enjoyed my stay there. Dog friendly and they were well managed on the 1st floor. Property was clean and the pool was great. I loved my room, clean, comfortable and the kitchenette worked well for me to have a simple meal and not eat out as well as sanitize my infant's bottles. Definitely would stay there again.

Funny thing is when I booked my stay and got to the hotel I noticed that it was the exact same hotel we stayed at a year ago the staff remembered us the breakfast people were wonderful they even made a special breakfast for me and my family I would go again and stay there again next year thank you

Room was clean. Check in was seamless. The location was great, walking distance to many shops. Breakfast was busy no matter how we tried to switch up the times we went, but that can be expected with free breakfast. I’d recommend this place.

The property was very clean and the staff were super helpful plus cheery. Our family loved our stay especially the pool and playground in the back. Also, all the shopping outlets across the street and food places made it extremely convenient. We will definitely stay there again, but only in the mainstays side due to the kitchen in our room. We needed the kitchen since we had 3 kids including a 6 month baby.

Breakfast is not great so maybe plan on bringing your own or getting it elsewhere. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The Mainstay Suites are fairly new and have nice features. The cleaning staff needs to be more thorough.

This property has a lot of wear and tear. The sheets and towels are old but clean the walls are scuffed in need of a new paint job. But the floors are clean , carpet is worn. The staff is very helpful but the kitchen lady is very rude. Would not let anyone make their own waffle. But still not cleaning the rest of the area. She should be spending her time cleaning the area in stead of trying to cook everyone’s waffle

We were there for OC Jeep Week. So we mostly were there to sleep and shower. Lol Very clean, very comfortable, everything was beautiful including the grounds. Kids loved the pool. We never got to have breakfast because we were out the door around 630 each morning and it wasnt ready yet but we've been to Mainstays before and loved the breakfasts. We would stay again without question.
