"Wir waren für 3 Tage dort es war ein unerträglicher Geruch in der Wohnung es war statt der in der Anzeige gelisteten , Fußbodenheizung ein Öl, Radiator aufgestellt worden und ein Hinweis an der Bedienung der Heizung, die nicht anzustellen. Also haben wir drei Tage gefroren. Des Weiteren fällt schon der Putz von der Decke der Wohnung. Überall fallen Steine von der Verkleidung ab nicht empfehlenswert."

"The hotel is new and e facilities are outstanding but the room´s wifi didn´t work dueing my stay, and the public wifi only worked in the lobby. To make it worse, phone signal is too weak in the rooms to use data. For a business hotel, this is unforgiveable."

"The Panorama Hotel is a couple minutes walk down the road from the old town of Waldenburg which has charming cafes and a wonderful Hungarian restaurant across the street from the castle. The views from the hotel's restaurant are breathtaking and the sauna is very relaxing."

Lovely stay in a very nice hotel

"Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. Only a minor comment on the bedding since the mattress cover seemed made of synthetic material and not m breathable, which made sleeping a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. Other than that I can only say I would go back to the Welcome hotel any time I get the chance. "

"Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "
