Historic family home with private fenced park (3.5 bedrooms -1 bathroom)

Our house is located in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.<br>Our house is an old house dating from 1920 with all the charm that can have.<br><br>We are close (maximum 1 hour) to different tourist sites both in France and Switzerland.<br><br>Being in the city centre, you will find all the necessary amenities (health centre, clothing, food, daycare, cinema, swimming pool, leisure etc.) to do on foot or 5 minutes by car.<br><br>During your stay, you will stay in the following space:<br><br>On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one of which also has a play area for children and two with office space.<br>A bathroom with bathtub and double sinks as well as storage and baby equipment (bath, changing table).<br>A separate toilet and two individual desks with all the necessary equipment to work (screens and a black and white printer).<br><br>On the ground floor, there is the library area with a space to work and a play area for children (puzzles and legos).<br>Then an aperitif area, discussion towards the rotunda and the living room to watch television quietly.<br><br>Then you have the kitchen with the dining room and of course all the utensils to prepare good healthy and balanced meals.<br><br>In the basement, you will find a laundry area (washing machine, dryer and drying rack) and a sports area (weights, swissball, step, bike and elliptical).<br><br>-- Jacuzzi available from mid-June to the end of August --//
