Good clean room, reception staff were great and it had everything we needed

The place was a lovely little place perfect for relaxing. The shuttle to ao nang was a gem. Staff weee lovely !! The beach was not swimmable as it was rocky and not the cleanest of looking water so if you want to swim in the sea this is not the place. Other than that it was perfect 👌

The architecture was really astounding. The place looks like a temple. I seems to have been designed and built in the 1930's or earlier. Lots of stairs. You must go up to go down a bit later. Long walk to the room. Spacious room. Everything worked.

Probably not maintained or repaired for decades. No service, disgusting breakfast, no other food or drink options, no wi-fi, elevators all broken, broken concrete in (warm) pool area, long walk to rooms up stairs, very limited ratty towels. Over-priced. AVOID!

Let’s start with the good. The location is beautiful. On the beach and the view is pretty. There are some really nice restaurants right next door and the atmosphere there is fabulous. However, you need to realize there are no windows in your room, it’s basically one narrow hallway coming into the “hotel” going to beach lined with the guest rooms. For us a big 👎! Also I will say, although friendly the staff basically speaks 0 English. You could not ask them for any recommendations… it’s not a resort… as long as one is aware of that fact… all good
