Everything was great about this property except for the deceptive online listing showing it had air conditioning then when we got there their was an extra charge to use it and there was no mention of this at check in

The property itself was next level, I was excited to stay. Very well maintained, clean and very much a resort vibe, not just another hotel. Staff were friendly, room was clean with a comfortable bed, pool was amazing and all situated right on the beach. My only complaint was the food, what was described on the menu was different from what I got, and the manager wasn't accommodating at all. Besides that though, 10 out of 10.

"I really only have 2 complaints. The first and most important is that when the hotel tells us upon check-in for a week stay that the room won’t be cleaned til day 3 of our 7 day stay (which we had NO PROBLEM with) but then get to our room and have ONLY 2 bath towels. Hilton should AT LEAST put 4 ..."
