About this property

Luxury villa, 180° sea view and Spa

  • Luxury villa, in a quiet environment, offering a 180° panoramic view of the sea and golf, with 5 rooms including a very large terrace of 40 m2, a large living room with an American kitchen, a bar and a very large TV, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (small beds and baby cot on request) and a laundry room for washing, drying and ironing clothes. All rooms are air-conditioned and have views of the sea.

    Most of the houses offer small terraces, but it is often the most pleasant place to live in the Seychelles, especially when having a breathtaking view of the sea and the golf course. We have therefore equipped the house with a very large terrace, equipped with very comfortable outdoor sofas that will allow you to relax while fully enjoying the view. The house has also recently been equipped with a spa.

    The house, the garden and its parking area are protected by perimeter walls and equipped with an alarm for better security.
