This is an amazing house in heaven.

This property is a pleasure to stay at. It’s very well maintained and taken care of, and has lots of charm and personality. It has everything in it you would need and has more than that outside. The pool overlooks the ocean which gives amazing views 24 hours a day. It’s located perfectly between a market and several restaurants. If you’re having reservations about this property, don’t. Just book it.

Our stay here was amazing! The neighborhood is great, dont miss Moorea Treasure gift shop just a few doors down and Caramel'in cafe across the street is unforgettable and may be the saddest part of going home as their pastries are beyond delicious! The ability to snorkle right off the dock and the stargazing from the pool was truly an unforgettable experience.

Awesome view and location

Lovely home with pool. On ocean. Great snorkeling. Covered patio with comfy furniture. Great a/c in the bedrooms. Owners were amazing and very quick to resolve a few issues we had. Would rent from them again. Location is close to shopping, groceries and restaurants.

A slice of paradise

This is an amazing place to stay in a stunning lagoon, its a very comfortable house, generous outside area with dining and lounge area. The pool was fantastic and so were the kayaks provided. Robert is a fantastic host.

Loved our stay here. The pool was great to come home to after a day out exploring Moorea, and we appreciated the outdoor furniture under the covered outdoor area. Wonderful outlook right on the water. The host was super responsive and when we had a question.

What an amazing place and Location

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house in Moorea! The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking—waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream. The snorkeling right outside the front door was perfect, offering an incredible opportunity to explore the vibrant underwater world. The private pool was a wonderful touch, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure.The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Our host was super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the middle of town with charming shops, delicious restaurants, and a convenient store just a short walk away. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return

Excellent location. Supermarket across road, and easy walk to cafes, restaurants etc. Fantastic pool, lots of outdoor covered space to relax. Everything needed for a great stay. Would be very happy to go back again.

A great place in Moorea

Was a great place with good AC in all the bedrooms. When there was a small issue the owners had it fixed very quickly. The pool was fantastic in the heat and the ocean was feet away. Good snorkeling with many fish to be found. Very happy with the property, the location and the especially the pool.

Absolutely Perfect!

Amazing property for a family with kids! 13 year old loved snorkelling and my 7 year old loved the pool. Everything is super handy to where the property is located!

What an awesome place to call home while on Moorea! The dive shop and whale encounter company we used, a grocery store and options for dining, were all just a short walking distance away -- great snorkeling right out back....The kids loved starting and ending their day in the pool. the house was set up with everything we needed and more....would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Sweet House with even Sweeter Owners

We had some beautiful snorkels right off the dock when we weren't out with the whales. We loved the walkable location and the views right from the property. Robert and Karine are super responsive and kind. It's great to have so many places to hang wetsuits and other bathing attire to dry. The kitchen and outdoor eating spaces added to our magical experience. This house is full of character and quirky features that make it unique. The view is almost like being on a boat.

Moorea at it's best!!

We love staying at the Lagoon pool house. From the house to the pool to the snorkeling right in front of the house to the shopping near by. It's really the best place to stay. Indoor outdoor living. Our host Karine and Robert were on top of it when Moorea was in the path of a cyclone. They made sure we were aware of what was happening and that we would be off the Island when the storm hit. We then stayed in Papeete at the host's other VRBO beautiful home. In spite of the storm it was perfect. Thank you Karine and Robert for being such great hosts.

Great location

Overall, the property was great. The location was beautiful and the store across the street was super convenient. We had a little difficulty finding it because the gate is not visible from the road, and we did not understand that. Communication with the host was difficult because we only speak English, and they only speak French. The washing machine ruined some of our clothes because it would not drain. Other than the few little inconveniences it was a great stay.

Review

The view was amazing, the pool was refreshing and the house had all the amenities we needed. It accommodated four adults and could fit more guests if desired. I would advise to update the post, stating, the clothes dryer is available, upon request. The owner was accomdating and we were able to access the vrbo without issue. There is a store directly accross the street as well as shops and restraunts within a short walking distance. Thank you for making this happen for us, Karine and Robert, we truly enjoyed it!

Short/Sweet Stay!

The four of us had a great time staying at this house for two nights. The pool is great! We loved taking the kayaks out in the ocean. The water is so blue and clear. You can see lots of fish! The house is a little quirky, but fine for sleeping. The AC in the rooms worked well, and we had no problems with anything. There is a store super close, so that was convenient, and we had breakfast across the street both mornings. Having a car would make it easier to find dinner, but we managed to find a couple of places within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend staying here. You cannot beat the view and having a private pool. Merci, Karine et Robert!

AMAZING, LARGE, POOL, DOCK, LOCATION - UNBEATABLE

Iaorana, The location is ideal. With a pool, on the lagoon, dock to go snorkeling from. Supermarket is literally across the street. Several restaurants within a couple of blocks. Post Office within a block. Two kayaks to use. Two bicycles to use. Washer (line dry clothes). Large refrigerator/freezer. The hosts Karine & Robert were amazingly responsive in answering questions and dealing with a couple of simple issues. Caring, timely response like that is worth its weight in gold. We spent 25-days and loved it! Highly recommend their home! FYI-They also have another VRBO in Papeete. Maruruuru

Beautiful spot in a convenient location

We loved this home that seemed like a boat it was so close to the water with the quirky hall and rooms and windows to the sea. We snorkeled, kayaked and pedal boated and saw Black Tip Reef Sharks, two Sting Rays, and a Spotted Eagle Ray straight out from the house. There were awesome views of Moorea peaks from the boats also. The outdoor covered areas to eat were much appreciated. We liked the proximity to Carmeline's and Manava Resort for treats and a nice dinner as well as the convenience to the grocery store. The owners kindly left a bottle of diatomaceous earth to help manage the ants and an island wide termite hatch that happened when we were there. We had great weather and were off on numerous adventures or we would have also used and appreciated the ping pong table, Foosball and big screen entertainment center. Make sure you get good directions and both numbers to call so you can find it when you arrive by Snack Didier.

Quirky, spacious, great for families

Plenty of rooms, great size pool, stones step to amenities. Albeit a bit quirky (lots of add Ons to the home and a little old) makes for great hid and seek for the kids. Pool was fabulous to cool off, with so much covered space to dry & clean gear after a day out snorkeling. Aircon was great in all the rooms could be more comfortable with one in the lounge instead of the "air cooler" Did get bitten by mozzies if we needed to open the windows for a breeze (as expected) would have been nice to have insect screens. Was so convenient to have shops just a walk away. Fab bakery/cafe "Caramel" clothes shops, Pearls and a supermarket that got daily fresh pastries and hot food and Albert tours down the road. We did have a bit of a storm come through which pulled some guttering off and power outage. These were resolved so fast. Was a little hard finding the right driveway to the home as there are so many indiscriminate ones, possibly use Snack Dider as a landmark for entry point. The home has lots of pots and pans, rice cooker, coffee pod machine, utensils. Maybe more towels as only one thin beach towel and shower towel each. But a washing machine & powder is there to use. This place was great, a little old and quirky but gave us all that we needed and some xtras. We used the paddle boat which the kids loved but kept close to inshore as i think the winds may blow it far. Snorkeling was ok past the reef which drops off to 15mtrs. Had a reef shark swim by one evening, that was fun.
