"Me aloje 3 noches en el Pachamama y me ha encantado!! Cogi una habitación con terraza que esta muy comoda, espaciosa y limpia. El hotel esta muy centrico, cerca de todos los sitios de buceo, restaurantes y playa. La dueña Micky y su gatita Pacha hacen que te sientas como en casa y se preocupa por tu comodidad. Tienen un servicio de masaje con Mickael que tambien recomiendo mucho. En general me parece un hotel muy lindo, perfecto para pasar un par de noches bellisimas en Mahaual."

"We have mixed feelings about our stay here....firstly let me say Diego was very friendly and sorted out the few problems we had...(no hot water, no gas, no water at all) not enough towels.. This place could be amazing but it is sadly lacking in things...simple adjustments would make it a better stay. There is a large fridge feeezer (great) however not enough utensils, an oven with no tray to use, not enough cutlery , not enough crockery which is mostly plastic anyway!! there is no kettle so we...

"The room was so bad and had a very strong odor of sewer in the room. The toilet was missing the toilet seat. The air conditioner worked but had circuit boards hanging out of it. We checked in, Went to dinner and came back and checked out. We should have been charged 1 night for cancellation but were charged 5 nights. This is one of the worse places that I have dealt with. We have never given a bad review on a hotel. We can put up with alot. This place was over the top in a bad way."
