Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Emilios kleinem Häuschen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wenn man allerdings zu viert anreist, sollte man noch mehr Bettdecken organisieren. Leider war der Check In Vorgang nicht so einfach, weil Emilio so gar kein Wort Englisch spricht. Da stimmt die Beschreibung leider nicht. Aber mit Händen und Füßen haben wir es irgendwie hingekriegt.

Bel appartamento vicino il mare

L'appartamento sta in una zona tranquilla tra Bosa e Porto Alabe. Le spiagge, ma anche la città sono molto vicino. L'appartamento è fornito con tutto - premessa per una vacanza spensierata. A me è piaciuto particolarmente la terrazza dove si può trascorrere le sere. I proprietari sono molto gentile e sempre pronto a aiutare. Raccomando questo luogo.

Fantastisch

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Emilio und Nunzia sind tolle Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich und liebebswert und immer gut gelaunt. Das Haus ist perfekt, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Fantastisch ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Emilio hat uns eingeladen seinen Wein zu probieren. Und wir haben uns den Weinkeller angeschaut. Sehr interessant und der "Malwasia" schmeckt fantastisch . Danke Emilio und Nunzia für die schöne Zeit bei euch. Die Weinflaschen haben einen Ehrenplatz bei uns. Danke noch einmal dafür. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent dans une maison d'une propreté impeccable avec un accueil chaleureux de la part de Mr OGGIANU. Le site est d'une beauté exceptionnelle dans le domaine viticole avec une terrasse ayant vue sur la mer au calme laissant beaucoup d'intimité aux locataires. Merci pour la dégustation de malvasia, la visite de la cave et les bonnes tomates du jardin de Mr OGGIANU.

Ein schöner Ort, Ruhe, Sonnenuntergänge und Strand

sehr sehr schön. Der Weinberg, die Sonnenuntergänge, das Essen ... auch die Vermieter sind zwei sehr herzliche alte Leutchen, welche und freundlich empfangen haben. Die Kommunikation klappt ganz gut mit google Übersetzer App, mit Händen und Füßen und ein bisschen Spanisch. Deutsch und Englisch sprechen beide nicht. Es gibt 2 sehr gute Lokale in fußläufiger Nähe, das Pizzeria Santa Lucia - da Angelino, ein bisschen versteckt in einer Einfahrt ist sehr gut. Fisch ist zu empfehlen. Der Strand zu Fuß in 20 Min. zu erreichen, will man den weichen Sandstrand, dann an der Küste entlang nach links insgesamt 35 Min. Das Haus hat Mückengitter, das ist sehr hilfreich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Emidio und seine Frau haben ein schönes und gut gepflegtes Haus im Weinberg. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Mittelmeer ist das Beste. Eine kleine Verkostung des hauseigenen Malvasia hatten wir auch. Wichtig: Basis-Italienisch ist wichtig für die Verständigung.

Maison avec vue sur mer

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables dans la location d'Emidio avec vue sur mer et au milieu de ses vignes. Terrasse très agréable avec cette magnifique vue , transats, barbecue. Maison fonctionnelle. Située à 5 minutes en voiture de Bosa et bord de mer. Emidio nous a gentiment fait visiter sa cave et ses vignes et offert une petite dégustation de son vin. Nous avons juste regretté le prix tres elevé des draps et serviettes par jour qui nous a été mentionné par Emidio le jour de notre arrivée.. (15 euros par personne).

C'est un endroit calme et magnifiqueavec vue sur la mer et les vignes.

Emilio nous a reçu très chaleureusement merci pour le visite des chaises. La maison est très propre et à tout ce qu'il faut. C'est avec regret que nous la quittons.

très belle propriété, très fonctionnelle avec vue superbe

la description correspond bien à la réalité, très propre et bien entretenue.Le propriétaire est une personne très affable et qui ne lésine pas à donner de bons conseils et à faire goûter les produits de sa propriété (raisins, vin d'une qualité EXCEPTIONELLE). Je recommande cet établissements aux personnes qui cherche une base sérieuse et tranquille pour découvrir cette partie de la Sardaigne. Les restaurants de Bosa et de la région sont très bien et particulièrement "Sa Pischedda" dont les produits et les tarifs sont appréciables.La découverte de la région réserve des surprises agréables( plage magnifique, criques tranquilles et d'une beauté remarquable, petits villages avoisinants avec leurs "murales"(peintures sur les façades des maisons)......... Je pourrais écrire des pages entières sur cette belle région.

Excellent séjour à Bosa

Très bel accueil d'Emidio et de son épouse. L'endroit est superbe, avec une vue magnifique et dégagée. Le soir, nous profitions sur la terrasse de l'air marin et du bruit de la mer. Emidio nous a fait dégusté son vin et visiter son exploitation, même si nous ne parlons pas la même langue nous nous sommes très bien compris et entendus. Que de gentillesse auprès de nos enfants. Idéal, Sardaigne Ouest proche Oristano et Alghero. Bosa est une petite ville fort attachante. Nous y retournerions bien volontiers. maison propre et fonctionnelle.

Die Ferienwohnung in den Weinbergen mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auf der großen Terrasse mit überdachtem Sitzplatz oder dem Sonnenplatz mit Liegestühlen kann man sich wunderbar erholen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir bekamen Willkommensgeschenke, Wein und Obst aus dem eigenen Anbau. Nach Bosa und an diverse Strände ist es nur wenige Fahrminuten.

Wir hatten hier wunderschöne fünf Tage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, natürlich und respektvoll. Es sind zwei Wohnungen, jede hat einen eigenen Eingang und eigene Terrasse. Privater Parkplatz direkt neben der Terrasse wenn man wünscht. Während unserem Aufenthalt war die Nachbarwohnung nicht belegt. Welcome Present: vorzüglichen Rotwein, Trauben und Feigen aus eigenem Anbau. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist ausgezeichnet gepflegt und sehr sauber. Strände sind mit eigenem Pkw in Kürze (1-9 km) erreichbar. Internet (W-Lan) funktioniert störungsfrei. Absolut empfehlenswert. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gut geeignet auch für mehr Familienmitglieder oder befreundete Familien, die sich beide Appartements mieten. MILLE GRAZIE

Bosa apartment

The impression we had form the site was that we would have the top half of the house for our private use and relaxation, which is why we chose this house, we did want space. But on arriving at about 21:00 there was a couple sitting at the table on the porch who we thought were the owners, but to our surprise they were other guests. There are 2 apartments!!!.This was not clear on the site. Mr Emidio dismissed our surprise nonchalantly and offered to show us our apartment and then said if we didn't like it he would reimburse our deposit and we could look for another house. At 21:00!!! Obviously we had no choice but to accept. Perceiving that at times it was quite noisy, (you can hear everything through the walls) we were uncomfortable with the effort of not making any noise to maybe upset the other family. No privacy on the porch at mealtimes.There was aircom, but Mr Emidio wasn't happy with us leaving it on during the night, the average temperature for this period was 26 degrees. Small warm bedrooms, bunks in the kids room) terrible shower. Had to pay for linen and towel use, (didn't see this on the site). We had the side entrance and porch of the house, not the front with the garden. Wifi only works in the leaving area and no coffee maker, but a small cafetiere. Having had my rant, now to the positives: Mr Emidio was accommodating with fruit picked from the trees and leaving twice on our porch table. He brought charcoal for the barbecue (the one I had bought at the supermarket was no good). When I needed to print boarding passes for my return flights he helped out too. Apartment was clean and tidy on our arrival.

Bella Casa, molto pulita

La Casa é molto bella e pulita. 2 stanze e la cucina con tutto che ci besognia. Da qui fin al mare di Bosa in machina si mette ca 10 minuti. Da la terrazza si po vedere il mare e noi abbiamo godduto ogni giorno in questo ambiente. Il prezzo per 14 giorni e Poco costoso. Ci vediamo il prossimo anno. Mille Grazie per tutto

Très propre. L'accueil c'...

Très propre. L'accueil c'est très bien passé (en Italien) et le propriétaire vous fait goûter gracieusement ces produits. Terrasse et barbecue individuel. Il manque un grande cafetière et un lave vaisselle. Maison dans les vignes avec vue sur la mer, il peut il avoir un peu de bruit si travaux dans les champs. WIFi disponible. Séjour agréable.
