and breakfast was fresh every day. The Staff deserves 5*, always helpful with a smile on their faces! Only bad thing to point out is the lack of air con in the rooms. There was a basic temperatura control in the wall but I don’t believe it did anything really… not ideal during the heatwave. "

"Brilliant from start to finish, from the wee man at the front door doing the complimentary valet parking to the waiting staff was exceptional, the food was just beautiful in all the restaurants especially the Castle kitchen restaurant and the added bonus was the transport to the castle , excellent!!!! The spa and thermal village is just amazing even in January!!!! We will definitely return in the not too distant future, 5 star !"
