  • An incredible motorcycle museum! I found out about the place after seeing it on various tv shows, American Pickers, Chasing Classic Cars, and Jay Leno's Garage, included. Once you get inside, you really don't know how you are going to take it all in. It is huge! All of the motorcycles run and during our visit, the curator was starting and taking random bikes out for a spin. A must see!

Linger Longer Lodge

There was 8 in our group. We all had seperate bedrooms and plenty of space. A well stocked kitchen and nice wrap around deck and nice hot tub to relax. I would recommend this property and Norma is Awesom to work with.

Sisters/hubbies getaway

Had a great time in this beautiful cabin. Parking was tight for 3 SUV’s. One sister couldn’t come last minute, so she was greatly missed. Cabin has everything a person could want: games puzzles, fully equipped kitchen! Beautiful wooded setting, just missed seeing a panoramic view. So much to do in Maggie Valley and wonderful restaurants.

Lovely Week

Our family of seven and small dog thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Linger Lodge. The accommodations were perfect with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our week. Would definitely recommend for large families. Especially the balcony and fire pit where many memories were made.

Linger Lodge Stay

Loved your house. Worked well for 5 adults and 5 children. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensil and such. Beds are comfortable. Internet is good and it’s a plus having a TV in each of the bedrooms. House is convenient to ski slopes and downtown. Thanks for sharing.

Christmas Vacation

The cabin is beautiful and fit our three families well. The owner is super attentive. We loved hearing from her. The cabin was decorated for Christmas making our Christmas vacation that much more special. Centrally located to snow tubbing, the Polar Express, Cherokee, Waynesville and more. Highly recommend.

Great place to relax near everything

we had 5 couples go to see the leaves cahnge and do some jeeping and sight seeing. the cabin was beautiful and located close enough to everything we wanted to do, like shoping antiqueing and to the GSMNP. we will definatley consider staying hetre again

Very nice, well stock home

Lots of stairs! We did ok but if you have issues doing stairs, be advised. All areas were very nice and well stocked; however, those staying on lower level said they had some issues with heat/cool fluctuations. But, they sure did enjoy the hot tub! And, the weather was cloudy/rainy so that had some effect I'm sure. We enjoyed it very much!

Our stay at Creekside

We had a wonderful time. House was perfect, very clean. We went right after hurricane and flooding Oct 24. Maggie Valley was open. Enjoyed a day in Waynesville, Cherokee, and rode the train on Bryson City. UtV ride with Scenic tours in Maggie Valley. Highly recommend all these.

Wonderful for family gatherings

The peaceful setting with the porch and rocking chairs set the tone of our visit. Kitchen was well supplied with pans, utensils, etc. Having 4 bedrooms and baths was great. The children, ages 7,8, and 11 had their space on the ground floor.

Maggie Valley stay

We had nine people from age 2 to age 70 and it worked out great. Used the fireplace and hot tub and cooked meals. Loved the well stocked kitchen. Only disappointment was that we ran out of hot water in the upstairs showers.

Perfect for 3 couples. We didn’t use the 4th bedroom but would be great for kids or a single. It looks better than the photos. Driveway is a bit tricky with 3 cars.

Christmas Ski trip

The property was just as described. We all had enough room to spread out and large enough area for us to celebrate Christmas. The kitchen was well equipped. Norma was easy to communicate with and proactive when the lights went out communicating with us. Much enjoyed time away with Family

Family Spring Break

This was a perfect getaway for our family. The home was very cozy and offered enough space for the 7 of us (kids age 18, 15, 12, 10, 3) with plenty of bathrooms and beds. The kitchen provided the things we needed to cook many meals at home but we also ventured out into the community. If you stay here or near here would recommend Haywood Smokehouse BBQ south of waynesville but a short drive. We also enjoyed driving to mingo falls and cherokee village shops. The hot tub was a perfect touch that provided relaxation for everyone. The home is in a nice neighborhood secluded in the hills and surrounded by trees. The short drive to town or amazing views were awesome. We did a couple of puzzles as a family and spent a lot of time just relaxing. Listing owner was highly and quickly responsive to any concerns or questions we had. Would highly recommend.
