Anniversary weekend

This cabin was everything we needed for a perfect anniversary getaway weekend. The hot tub was amazing, especially the twinkle lights above it. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, including an amazing coffee bar. The house was extremely clean and well taken care of, and the little extra touches throughout made it a perfect getaway cabin. The cabin was perfect for a couple, but would also be great for a family and we’re already planning a trip back as soon as we can!

Beautiful home and perfect location

We love coming up to Maggie Valley and typically choose a house elevated to enjoy peace and quiet. This was our first time at Must Behaven and it was perfect! Spacious and VERY clean with beautiful views and the fire pit and hot tub are great amenities. This home has moved to the top of our list and Darin is great to work with 🙏💯

Exceptional Host Communication During Unexpected Weather

While we unfortunately weren't able to stay at Must BeHaven due to an unprecedented snowstorm (10-12 inches) that made the mountain road inaccessible, I want to highlight how wonderfully Darin and Edina handled this situation. They were proactive in warning us about the incoming storm the day before our arrival, and when we found ourselves unable to safely reach the property (the final 0.8 miles had no tracks and would have required a 40-minute uphill walk in deep snow), they were incredibly understanding and responsive.Despite having already checked in, they processed a full refund immediately without any hesitation. Their communication throughout was stellar - from the initial booking process to payment arrangements, and especially during the weather crisis. They checked in on our safety and showed genuine concern for our well-being.While we're disappointed we couldn't experience the cabin itself, the hosts' professional and compassionate handling of this situation showed their true commitment to guest satisfaction and safety. We look forward to booking with them again during warmer months when we can properly enjoy what looks to be a beautiful property. If their handling of this difficult situation is any indication, I'm confident they're exceptional hosts during normal circumstances as well.
