"Really convenient to get to main tourist area. Staff difficult to find at Reception on several occasions. If you’ve got a car make sure you book a parking spot."
"Great location walkable to Centro and the Santander Bay in a few minutes. Comfortable and clean and a great breakfast. Staff super friendly. Will stay again."
"I was very surprised at how amazing this place was. I spent 2 weeks traveling in Spain, and out of my 6 stays, this was the best experience overall. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a short meeting to discuss recommendations about the area (with maps), which was very helpful! I can tell the staff takes pride in their hotel and the area they live in. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the property was beautiful, and I noticed small considerate details every time the room was cleaned. If I ever...

"The only thing is that due to its location the parking is complicated and smelly, we just left the car in there to the last day. The breakfast buffet was just good, but they don’t clean the used tables, so we moved the dirty dishes ti another table to be able to seat where we want, and you need to ask for juice etc; the staff were good and nice, but what happen is that there’re only two workers; they moved fast and wanted to help everyone but there were much of guest for only two staff. On the other hand Marea Alta has great menu and the staff was very professional and friendly; the paella was exquisite, I recommend it. "
"The location was close to many restaurants and shops. Very safe and walkable area. Close to many attractions and historical landmarks. The hotel was very clean, the room spacious and staff friendly. "
