"Everyone at FS Chiang Mai was amazing. Every single person was friendly, kind, hospitable, made effort to learn my name and greet me with a friendly conversation each time I saw them.
My only feedback would be that the promotions sheet in room didn't quite align with the spa. Spa was amazing, my therapist had magical hands, but didn't quite get the promo applied. Even so, still had an amazing experience.

"I took a solo trip to this resort and I must say the staff is very friendly, the resort is very clean, and the food is very good. Btw there is so much stuff to do around the resort I would suggest waiting to book your excursions once you get here. An employee named Tan was very helpful. They also have a beautiful river fall on the resort! Beautiful mountains as well!"

"This place was not cheap, but it was totally amazing - and well worth it for us. I would definitely stay again, and recommend it. We stayed for a special event they put on - a South African BBQ.
