"This place is amazing! When it comes to Koh Samed, the location of your accommodations can make or break your visit... Tubtim has by far the best proximity to the beautiful beach as any resort on the island! The cabins feel bigger than the photos portray.. The breakfast spread is great... The staff is kind and attentive... For the price, this is THE value steal of the island. Ill be back!!!!"

"Staying 2 nights at Saikaew beach resort was great. The room was very good and amenities. The staff was excellent and the restaurant and cafe were very good. This is a good location, right on the beach. Plenty of free loungers that were more comfortable than most places have. Pepe was a very helpful staff member and gave us tips where to go on the island. "The resort is clean, and the staff are very welcoming. Since it’s low season, it was quiet and relaxing. Due to the strong waves and high winds, some garbage gets washed up on the shore, but the staff do a good job of cleaning it up. Because of its location, food options are limited, so plan accordingly. Tip: If you enjoy fruits, buy them from the fruit stands on the way to the resort—they’re much cheaper compared to the prices in Bangkok. Having the pool was a huge plus, especially when the beach wasn’t accessible."

"Beautiful view from our room! Property has seen better days but loved our room at a very reasonable rate. The only thing was the gym which was poor and hardly any working machines. Pool was nice and staff are professional and accommodating. Except for gym l rate it 4 out of 5 stars "
