The kitchen is separate and has a small area with a hob, dishwasher, oven and a seating area for two people. The bathroom has a bathtub, a WC, a double washbasin and a mirror cabinet. In front of the living room there is a large seating area with a view of the mountains and plenty of sun from around 11 am. A parking space in the underground car park is reserved for you (parking space no. 6). There is also a ski room with a ski locker in the basement (no. 5). Use of the communal washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement is possible. The flat is only rented to adults.

Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
    Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
